Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Veera Alias Ravindra Shah, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 99 of 2024, under Sections 377, 504, 506 of the IPC and section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station- Barhan, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the unnatural offence against the minor boy. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case because of neighbourly dispute. The applicant has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 18.05.202
