The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Golu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 154 of 2024, under Sections 376AB, 504, 506 of IPC, and section 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Campierganj, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl besides offence of extending threats and criminal intimidation. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that initially F.I.R. was lodged under section 354 A, 504 and 506 IPC. Subsequently, on account of village politics the allegation was intensified and implication of applicant under section 376-AB has also been made.
