The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Golu Giri @ Hunter @ Harikeshwar @ Harikesh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 196 of 2024, under Sections 8/21 of NDPS, and section 465, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC, Police Station- Kotwali Hata, District- Kushinagar, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Shivkumar Yadav, has been granted bail by this Court on +29.07.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 25336 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-
