This bail application has been preferred by the accused- applicant, Shamsher Ali, who is involved in Case Crime No. 0110 of 2022, under Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Cows Slaughter Prevention Act, 1955, Police Station- Mohabbatpur Painsa, District- Kaushambi. The allegation against the applicant is that 20 kilogram of beef has been recovered from his house. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive.
