The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Javed @ Banti, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 268 of 2024, under Sections 376, 323, 506 IPC and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Kotwali, District- Mathura, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against his sister-in-law. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court, PW-1 and PW-2, who are victim and her brother, have been examined. PW-1 has not supported the prosecution case and PW-2 has been declared hostile. The applicant has been falsely implicated
