The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Govind Gond, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 149 of 2024, under Sections 364, 392, 411 IPC and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Khukhundu, District- Deoria, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that he looted Rs.14,200/- and abducted the brother of the informant. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Recovery of one country-made pistol has been made from him and total recovery of Rs.14090/- has been made from all the accused, who are four in number, including the applicant.
