The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Haseeb, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 478 of 2023, under Sections 377, 323 IPC and 5-E/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Deoband, District- Saharanpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the unnatural offence against the injured.
