This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Parul, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 408 of 2024, under Sections 3/4/6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Police Station- Shalimar Garden, District- Ghaziabad.
