Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Heera Lal Pandey, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 16 of 2024, under Section 8/20/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Baburi, District- Chandauli, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Ashu Singh @ Praveen Singh, has been granted bail by this Court on 10.04.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 32887/2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
