The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sakir Husain Alias Husain Sakir, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0061 of 2024, under Sections 376 AB, 506 of IPC and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Dhanghata, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the medical report of the victim, no injury whatsoever has been found. The incident has been taken place in agricultural field full of grasses, but not a single scratch has been found on the person of the injured. T
