This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Dashrath Chinam, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 191 of 2024, under Section 8/20 NDPS Act, Police Station- Raipura, District- Chitrakoot. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 13.11.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Shankar Harijan, has already been enlarged on bail of by the Bench of this Court by order dated 20.03.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 1071 of 2025, copy of the bail order produced by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. H
