The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ramsevak, with a prayer to release him on bail in Session Trial No.2114 of 2023, Case Crime No.26 of 2021, under Sections 323, 354-A, 427, 452, 504, 506, 34, 325 IPC and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Amrahat, District- Kanpur Dehat, during pendency of trial. There are allegation in the FIR that on 6.5.2021 at about 09:00 p.m., accused, Roop Singh @ Heeru, Alok @ Veeru, under the influence of liquor were forcibly dragging the daughter of the informant with intention to outrage her modesty. The informant saw then and raised alarm. Then aforesaid accused alongwith co-accused, Vishwanath, the ap
