The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sarwan Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 853 of 2023, under Sections 302, 504, 120-B of the IPC, Police Station- Barahalganj, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of murder of his nephew. F.I.R. has been lodged by the mother of the deceased and sister-in-law (bhabhi) of the applicant.
