The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Raju Shaw, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 06/2021, under Sections- 419, 420, 120-B of IPC and section 66-D of I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District- Aligarh, during pendency of trial. There is allegation in the F.I.R. against unknown accused of commission of offence of online fraud. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case during investigation. He has criminal history of eight cases to his credit and is languishing in jail since 31.10.2023. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded in near future.
