The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vikas Chaurasiya, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 753 of 2023, under Sections 420, 406, 411 IPC and 66-D I.T. Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District- Banda, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of online fraud. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case by the informant, who herself used the mobile phone of the applicant. The informant and applicant are well known to each other. They used to frequent their houses. She spent money by playing online games. The applicant has criminal history of two cases to his credit and he is languishing in jail since 27.10.2023. I
