The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rajeev @ Raja, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 180 of 2024, under Sections 377 IPC and 5M/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Bhogaon, District- Mainpuri, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing unnatural offence against child victim. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that from the report of C.M.O., no such incident was found to have taken place. Medical report of the victim does not supports the prosecution case at all. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.
