The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Pawan Kumar Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 35 of 2024, under Sections 307, 452, 354-B, 506 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Khadda, District- Kushinagar, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of causing stab wounds to the victim. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim had affair with the applicant hence she was assaulted by her family members and thereafter applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.
