The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mohan Ahirwar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 456/2023, under Sections- 363, 366, 376(3) of IPC, and 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Sipari Bazar, District- Jhansi, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry, commission of offence of rape and penetrative sexual assault.
