This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Akeel, who is involved in Case Crime No. 166 of 2023, under Section 60 of Excise Act, and section 272, 273 of IPC, Police Station- Dilari, District- Moradabad. There is allegation against the applicant that he was found in possession of 20 liters of spurious liquor and 1 kg of urea. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, on the basis of false and planted recovery. There is no public witness of the alleged recovery. The applicant has no criminal history of excise act except present one although he has criminal history of 15 cases. He is in jail since 20.06.2023 and he undertakes that he will not misuse liberty, if granted. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for
