This bail application has been preferred by the accused- applicant, Saif Raza, who is involved in Case Crime No. 112/2024, under Section 8/21/22 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Thuthibari, District- Maharajganj. There is allegation against the applicant that he was found in possession of 1100 gram of tramadol salt in the form of capsules in a bag on the back of his shoulder. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that by way of Notification dated 23 December, 2022, the Union Government has notified the enactment Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Seizure, Storage, Sampling and Disposal) Rules, 2022.
