The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Wasim, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 07 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC, 3/4 POCSO Act, 3(2)V of SC/ST Act and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Makkhanpur, District- Firozabad, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of a minor girl with intent to marry, commission of offences of rape and penetrative sexual assault. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that although the victim is minor, but she has admitted eloping from her house and going with the applicant to Agra and entering into voluntarily physical relation with him.
