The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Gulab Musahar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.32 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Cow Slaughter (Prevention) Act and Section 11 Cruelty of Animals (Protection) Act, Police Station Naugarh, District- Chandauli during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co-accused, Dukkhu, has been granted bail by this Court on 5.4.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.24267 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co- accused.
