Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant was not named in the FIR but when the statement of the informant was recorded then he disclosed his name but even from the statement of the informant it reflects, role of causing firearm injury to the deceased has not been assigned to the applicant and it has specifically been attributed to co-accused Suresh Dubey and as per post mortem report, deceased died due to firearm injury. 4.
