The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 538 of 2023, under Sections 302 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Azamgarh, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, as per allegation applicant committed the murder of his father but entire allegations levelled against the applicant is totally false. 5.
