Learned counsel for the applicant submits that before the trial court PW-I, the informant has not supported the prosecution case and P.W.-II the victim has been declared hostile. Applicant alleges false implication. He is in jail since 25.06.2022 and has no previous criminal history. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
