The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Deepak, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 75/2024, under Sections 307 of IPC and 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Phase-II NOIDA, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of making attempt on the life of the injured. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the F.I.R. it is alleged that the applicant caused injury to the injured by knife and, thereafter, in order to save his life, he went to the police station for lodging F.I.R., but before the doctor, it was found that the applicant was admitted by the some passer-by in the hospital.
