The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jarnail Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 223 of 2023, under Sections 3/5/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Madrak, District- Aligarh, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application. First bail application of the applicant was rejected by coordinate bench of this court, which is not available now. Learned counsel for the applicant informs that the co-accused, Roop Singh, has been enlarged on bail in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.1494 of 2024. The prayer for release of the applicant on bail on the ground of parity has been made. The applicant is languishing in jail since 10.10.2023.
