This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Vikas, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 42 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 120-B I.P.C. and Section 16/17 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Sonakpur, District-Moradabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.09.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a missing report has been lodged by the first informant with the allegation that his daughter namely Anjali has gone anywhere without any information and there is an apprehension that the applicant has enticed away her. On 16.01.2024 the victim herself came to the police Station concerned a
