This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Vikas, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 42 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 120-B I.P.C. and Section 16/17 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Sonakpur, District-Moradabad.
