The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 701 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109, 103(1) BNS, Police Station Kasya, District Kushinagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is lady and on the basis of false allegations, applicant has been made accused in the present matter alongwith others including co- accused Kumari Akansha and after considering entire facts of the case, co-accused Kumari Akansha has been released on bail by this Cour
