There are allegations against the applicant of torturing his wife due to unfulfilled demand of dowry and also committing unnatural offence against her and causing miscarriage without her consent. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of false implication.Injury report of the victim does not supports the prosecution case.The applicant is in jail since 21.5.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit.
