The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sanju @ Rauwab, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.175 of 2022, under section 429 IPC and Sections 3/5/8 of the Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960, Police Station- Dumariaganj, District - Siddharth Nagar. during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Zuber, has been granted bail by this Court on 02.11.2022 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 48619 of 2022. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused. The applicant has criminal history of 39 cases
