Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar and Rakesh Kumar Rathore, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Vijay Kumar, who is involved in Case Crime No. 166 of 2024, under Section 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Bhogaon, District- Mainpuri. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co-accused, Ram Kishor, has been granted bail by this Court today in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.30024 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co- accused.
