The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 215 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Ahmadgarh, District Bulandshahar during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant was not named in the FIR and during investigation he has been made accused in the present matter with the aid of Section 61(2) B.N.S. but there is no cogent evidence of hatching conspiracy against the applicant on record. 4. He further submits, along with applicant co-accused Rishipal Singh was also made accused and he was even named in the FIR but he has already been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 09.04.
