Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Parvej Qureishi @ Babloo, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 158 of 2023, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Civil Line, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in three criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned.
