As per report of the office dated 16.08.2022, notice on opposite party no.2 has been served personally but no one has turned up to oppose this bail application. The allegation against the applicant putting his sister-in-law (Bhayau) on fire and causing her murder. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the role of the applicant assigned is of catching hold of the hand of the deceased in her dying declaration and husband is alleged to have poured petrol on her along with her mother. He further submits that before the trial court PW-1, P.W-II, PW-III, who are informant and neighbours of the deceased, have been examined. All of them have been declared hostile.
