The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Adil @ Mohd Kashif, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 247 of 2020, under Sections 18(a), 28, 27(b) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act and section 8/21 of Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, police station Attarsuiya, District Allahabad during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co-accused, Mohd. Suleman, has been granted bail by this Court on 11.1.2021 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.44842 of 2020. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail appli
