The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bulaki Baba, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 251/2024, under Sections 354, 452 and 506 IPC and 9M/10 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Shahganj, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of outraging the modesty of a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is aged about 73 years.
