The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rama Alias Chetan Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0008 of 2024, under Sections 384, 406, 419, 420, 506, 507, 34 IPC and section 66C, 66D of I.T. Act, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Rajesh Kumar, has been granted bail by this Court on 11.04.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 26322 of 2022. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused. The applicant is languishing in jail since 08.05.2024. Learned AGA has oppo
