Before the trial court, Zarina Khatoon, mother of injured has been examined before the trial court as P.W.-1, who has not supported the prosecution case. Even otherwise the applicant is in jail since 21.10.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
