The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Karn, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 231 of 2024, under Sections 307/34, 384, 504, 506 of IPC, and 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Saharanpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant and other co-accused of making attempt on the life of the injured alongwith implication under other sections.
