The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shailraj @ Saurav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 55/2024, under Sections 354-B, 342, 363, 457, 506 of IPC and 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Kagaraul, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. There are allegations in the F.I.R. that the informant was away from his house and his wife, minor daughter and two minor sons, were at home. On 24.04.2024 at about 03:30 a.m., when his daughter has gone to urinal, the applicant climbed the wall and came inside the house and caught hold of her.
