The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Raj Abhishek, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 7 of 2024, under Sections 9/51, 498-A/51, 49-B/51 of Wild Life Protection Act and Section 26 of Indian Forest Act, Police Station Khutar Range, District- Shahjahanpur, during pendency of trial. The applicant has been implicated for committing alleged offences of Wild Life Protection Act and in the Forest Act on account of incriminating recovery. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that FIR was lodged in District Shahjahanpur when incriminating recovery was shown in District Rampur. There is no public witness of alleged recovery. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has criminal history of two cases to his credit and is la
