The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Deepu Alias Maan Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 54 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Surajpur, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl after her abduction.
