Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as the learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Shakil and Saddam, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 85/2022, under Sections 2/3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Khuldabad, District- Prayagraj, pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that there are four cases each applicant in the gangchart. Apart from four cases shown in the gang chart, the applicant no.1, has no criminal history while the applicant no.2, has criminal history of four cases. They have falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicants are not a member of any gang. They are languishing in jail since 26.11.2021 and in case they are enlarged on bail
