Act, Police Station- Kachhwan, District- Mirzapur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co-accused, Chinmay Ranjan Behra Alias Manas Alias Cheenu, has been granted bail by this Court today in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.22916 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
