Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 193 of 2024, U/S 123, 64, 115(2), 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Madrak, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken the victim to a hotel and committed rape with her on 25.12.2023 and subsequently on 8.10.2024, he is stated to have assaulted her causing injuries to her. The applicant had brought with him the knife and threatened her that he shall inflict injuries to himself and falsely implicate the informant/victim. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
