The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Santosh Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 92 of 2024 under Section 3/5A/5B/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 Animal Cruelty Act, Section 429 I.P.C. and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Chandauli. District Chandauli,during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Mohd. Irshad, has been granted bail by this Court on 19.11.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 22066 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
