The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 32 of 2024 (S.T. No. 388 of 2024), under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Campierganj, District Gorakhpur during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged against applicant with regard to murder of the son of the informant aged about 19 months. 4.
