The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vinod Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 430 of 2022, under Sections 376(2), 323, 504, 506 IPC and 5L, 5N/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District- Mathura, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of repeated rape against his minor daughter. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has divorced the mother of the victim and at her behest, she has lodged false FIR against the applicant.
