There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against minor girl besides extending threats to her. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is owner of school where the victim was studying. The uncle (fufa) of victim is neighbour of the applicant and the children of the neighbour are also studying in the school of applicant. The fees of children of neighbour was not deposited in time and when the applicant demanded the fees the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The medical report of victim does not supports the prosecution case. It is a case of false implication
